Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support SAP HR ABAP solutions for Time Management, Time & Labor, and CATSDB.
- Develop ABAP reports, interfaces, user exits, BAdIs, and enhancements for employee time recording and payroll integration.
- Configure and customize CATSDB for time entry, approvals, validations, and data transfers to Payroll, CO, and FI.
- Build and maintain Time & Labor integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and file-based integrations.
- Analyze and resolve production issues involving time evaluation, absence quotas, work schedules, and labor distribution.
- Collaborate with functional HR teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, performance tuning, documentation, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing HR system maintenance.
- Create solution designs, architecture and process artifacts, implement deployment plans, and support knowledge transfer.
- Ensure compliance with audit, security, and data accuracy standards for time and labor reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of each year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- At least 4 years of experience in complex SAP environments preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP for HCM/HR.
- Expertise in CATSDB, Time Management, and Time & Labor.
- Experience with payroll integration and knowledge of HR info types, schemas, and time evaluation.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
- Ability to travel to project or client locations as required.
