Responsibilities
- Develop and manage generative AI applications using RAG and agentic AI.
- Build scalable Gen AI platforms for enterprise document management, data security, and compliance.
- Implement document ingestion, processing, classification, and retrieval workflows.
- Engineer prompt handling and LLM intent recognition and expose capabilities through APIs.
- Design and optimize role-based AI agents, semantic layers, multi-agent protocols, and agent training features.
- Implement agentic frameworks and Ask/Respond capabilities using enterprise data sources.
- Develop NLI and RAG systems and secure connectors for Oracle and MongoDB.
- Develop, debug, review, maintain, and enhance secure web-based applications and data integrations.
- Collaborate with architects, organizational leaders, product owners, Scrum masters, analysts, and global delivery teams on releases and sprint work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering with five years of software development experience, or a master’s degree in computer science or engineering with three years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, Java, object-oriented programming, and Python or a similar language.
- Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, NoSQL databases, and database technologies including Oracle, Snowflake, and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience developing web applications with Java, Spring Boot, ELK, MongoDB, Snowflake, Angular or React, Python, PL/SQL, and Kafka.
- Experience with web services and JSON, AI techniques, AI-native development, security, and DevSecOps practices.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, MongoDB, Apache Kafka, prompt engineering, and full-stack development leadership.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangSmith, AI operators, Python AI operations, vector databases such as Weaviate, and advanced agentic AI workflow orchestration.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, manage time, and serve as a resource for less-experienced colleagues.
