Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize core platform services, high-concurrency web architectures, and transaction flows.
- Build production-grade AI-agent software loops with validation guardrails and caching mechanisms.
- Diagnose and resolve backend bottlenecks, database deadlocks, and high-concurrency latency spikes.
- Develop scalable software using Go or comparable high-performance backend technologies.
- Participate in technical, leadership, communication, aptitude, and culture-fit interviews, with a possible take-home technical assignment.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of intensive full-stack or backend engineering experience.
- Proven experience working in high-velocity technology startups with heavy execution demands.
- Strong understanding of scalable software design, memory management, concurrency primitives, asynchronous task processing, and web protocols under load.
- Experience with Go or high-performance backend equivalents, databases, Redis, and modern optimized web engineering frameworks.
