Responsibilities
- Develop and ship Team Agent products leveraging LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Perform challenging end-to-end full-stack development work.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to build autonomous workforce-management agents.
- Design, estimate, implement, test, and debug end-to-end agent solutions.
- Advocate for spec-driven development and agentic development practices.
- Mentor developers through code pairing and code, architecture, and project reviews.
- Champion best practices for agent development, deployment, and quality life cycles.
- Contribute to product design and feature-selection discussions for the Team Agent area.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented language.
- Experience with modern web standards and technologies such as React, TypeScript, REST, and GraphQL.
- Experience or strong interest in coding agents and agentic development practices.
- Passion for building autonomous agents and working with LLMs.
- Proven ability to build partnerships across engineering, product, customer success, and other stakeholder groups.
- Experience mentoring peers and maintaining high technical-quality standards.
- Strong customer empathy and commitment to thoughtful user experiences, robust technical solutions, and continuous product improvement.
- Preferred experience designing agentic products, building systems leveraging LLMs and other ML models, and working with event-driven distributed systems.
- Preferred understanding of workforce management and restaurant operations.
