Base Salary
$106k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the customer and partner technical advocate and translate business and technical problems into Microsoft-aligned cloud solutions.
- Design and guide delivery of secure, resilient, AI-enabled, cost-optimized, and performance-optimized architectures.
- Support technical pre-sales, proof of concepts, rapid prototypes, partner offerings, customer implementations, and expansion opportunities.
- Manage technical and business risks, blockers, governance, operational readiness, adoption, and value realization.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, Microsoft engineering, product, sales, and program teams to improve products, roadmaps, and customer outcomes.
- Mentor team members, lead virtual technical teams, contribute to intellectual property and methodologies, and share technical expertise through presentations and community events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
- An active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.
- Ability to satisfy Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including citizenship verification and Microsoft Cloud background checks.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, a master's degree with 6+ years, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of customer-facing experience and 4 years working on technical projects are preferred.
- Cloud technical certification, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or a security certification, is preferred.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $106,400-$203,600 per year; the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range is USD $137,600-$222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
