Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, custom applications, and integrations.
- Provide technical oversight for implementation and ensure solutions follow ICF and ServiceNow standards.
- Oversee integrations, workflows, automation, data consistency, performance optimization, and security controls.
- Create architecture diagrams, design specifications, implementation guidelines, quality assurance plans, and other technical documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, practice leadership, clients, security teams, and proposal teams to support delivery and growth.
- Mentor and coach ServiceNow professionals, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and develop career growth plans.
- Build client, ICF, and ServiceNow relationships and develop client roadmaps for new services and license opportunities.
- Present proposed technical solutions and contribute to written proposals and oral presentations.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- Top Secret clearance is required.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required.
- At least three additional mainline ServiceNow certifications are required, with preference for certifications in Discovery, Service Mapping, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Event Management, Performance Analytics, Vulnerability Management/Response, IT Service Management, or Customer Service Management.
- Experience creating or developing custom ServiceNow applications with AppEngine.
- Experience implementing or architecting 20 or more ServiceNow applications with more than 480 hours of experience on each application is valuable.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow Now Assist features and configuring ServiceNow AI Agents with integrations to other AI providers is valuable.
- Experience leading technical project teams and complex solutions and integrations is valuable.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, system design, scripting, and integrated third-party technologies.
- Excellence in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant languages is valuable.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and critical-thinking skills are required.
