Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end frontend development for core crypto money movement experiences.
- Drive measurable improvements in latency, availability, and SLOs for payment flows.
- Build new user-facing features like contact management systems and real-time transaction trackers.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to scope and ship projects.
- Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks to enhance reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in React and React Native.
- Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products in a high-scale environment.
- Experience owning SLOs and improving latency and availability for user-facing flows.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and serve as a senior technical voice.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality.
