Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end frontend development for crypto money movement experiences across web and mobile, including sending, receiving, and transaction status tracking.
- Drive measurable improvements in latency, availability, and SLOs for payment flows.
- Build user-facing features such as contact management systems and real-time transaction status trackers.
- Partner with product, design, and backend engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship customer-focused projects.
- Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks to improve reliability for millions of users.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in React and React Native.
- Proven experience shipping consumer-facing products end-to-end in a high-scale environment, with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Experience owning SLOs and improving latency and availability for user-facing flows.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and serve as a senior technical voice on a mixed-level team.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
