Responsibilities

- Identify technical debt and contribute to system design discussions.
- Connect technical work to measurable outcomes in performance and product quality.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of frontend web engineering experience.
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Proven ability to own complex features from scoping to launch.
- Strong debugging skills for production issues.
- Comfortable collaborating with backend engineers on APIs and data contracts.
- High agency and ability to propose solutions independently.
