Responsibilities

Build full stack applications across NOX NEST, WAYNE, and Gondor.
Ship features end to end, from schema to API to UI to deploy.
Work directly with operators and supply chain personnel to enhance software usability.
Automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency through software.
Develop and refine algorithms for nesting, scheduling, and inventory tracking.
Implement machine learning and AI features to optimize processes.
Monitor production systems and ensure quick resolution of issues.
Collaborate with the engineering team on critical company challenges.

3 to 5+ years of full stack engineering experience in production software.
Proficient in TypeScript, Node, and modern web frameworks like NestJS and React.
Familiar with Postgres, Supabase, or similar database platforms.
Experience shipping real products to users, not just side projects.
Comfortable working closely with end-users and understanding their needs.
Strong attention to quality and detail in all aspects of work.
Customer and user obsessed, with a focus on building desirable software.
