Base Salary
$235k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and evolution of core platform systems.
- Own cross-team technical strategy and execute on initiatives.
- Build and evolve shared platform abstractions for product teams.
- Drive improvements to engineering processes for reliability and efficiency.
- Shape and prioritize technical investments aligned with product goals.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues.
- Mentor and influence engineers across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven track record of designing large-scale infrastructure systems.
- Strong ability to operate at a systems and architectural level.
- Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD systems.
- Strong software engineering skills, preferably in the Go ecosystem.
- Deep knowledge of networking and systems fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
