Responsibilities
- Design and implement identity and access management solutions covering access management, identity governance and administration, privileged access management, entitlement management, and directories.
- Manage IAM deployments through the full system development life cycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, architecture, configuration, customization, implementation, and testing.
- Develop IAM objects, connectors, mappings, custom REST endpoints, authentication modules, authentication trees and nodes, account mappers, adapters, provisioning flows, and proxy rules.
- Configure authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, federation, OAuth, OIDC, provisioning, reconciliation, reverse proxies, directory services, and API access management.
- Implement endpoint provisioning using custom provisioning flows, SCIM, or JIT capabilities.
- Integrate enterprise directories and systems using ITDS, SDS, Active Directory, LDAP, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with teams and clients, validate data and analysis, follow risk and compliance procedures, and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, communications, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in progressive Identity and Access Management roles.
- At least 4 years of professional development experience using UI and server-side technologies such as Java, J2EE, Node.js, Angular, and ReactJS.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra.
- At least 2 years of software development and implementation experience with access management or federation products.
- Experience with IAM solution design, deployment, configuration, customization, testing, and implementation across the complete system development life cycle.
- Experience with API authorization, OIDC-based SSO, enterprise provisioning, role-based access control, internal and external federation, and systems integration.
- Experience developing in Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra IDM, including objects, connectors, mappings, lifecycle management, AD/LDAP provisioning, custom REST endpoints, reconciliation, and self-service.
- Experience with Ping/ForgeRock IG, Okta Access Gateway, reverse proxies, custom routes and proxy rules, DNS capabilities, web-service requests, and external REST connections.
- Experience with enterprise directory integration, generic LDAP operations, custom password policies, indexes, schemas, authentication modules, authentication trees and nodes, account mappers, and adapters.
- Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra certified consultant credentials are strongly preferred.
