Responsibilities
- Support the sales department in product demonstration calls.
- Manage post-sales cycle by providing technical support to clients through audit reviews.
- Serve as a technical expert in providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
- Assist other engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions.
- Analyze current technologies to identify and mitigate potential gaps.
- Document and monitor requirements for updates related to customer experience.
- Work alongside sales teams to monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.
- Proactively manage project challenges or constraints.
- Create and deploy product training webinars.
- Attend conferences and trade shows as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT solutions.
- Experience within the cybersecurity industry is preferred.
- Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
- Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.
- Understanding of the sales cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
