Responsibilities

  • Support the sales department in product demonstration calls.
  • Manage post-sales cycle by providing technical support to clients through audit reviews.
  • Serve as a technical expert in providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
  • Assist other engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions.
  • Analyze current technologies to identify and mitigate potential gaps.
  • Document and monitor requirements for updates related to customer experience.
  • Work alongside sales teams to monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.
  • Proactively manage project challenges or constraints.
  • Create and deploy product training webinars.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT solutions.
  • Experience within the cybersecurity industry is preferred.
  • Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
  • Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
