Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship product features across the Fireworks platform.
- Own features end-to-end: scope the problem, build the solution, ship it, and iterate based on real usage.
- Improve the developer experience for core product capabilities.
- Work across the full stack to deliver polished, production-quality product surfaces.
- Build for rapidly evolving products and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Applied Research, Growth, Data, and Design teams.
- Instrument and monitor systems to understand developer usage.
- Make pragmatic trade-offs and iterate quickly.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on user-facing products.
- Strong full stack development skills in frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python, Go).
- Experience building and shipping developer-facing products like APIs and dashboards.
- Proven track record of owning features from problem scoping to deployment.
- Strong product instincts with a focus on developer experience.
- Ability to operate at high velocity with extreme ownership.
