Base Salary
$217k - $303k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the next generation ML ranking system for personalized feeds and search.
- Develop ML and Generative AI systems in cloud-based production environments.
- Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to create scalable ML systems.
- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code for rapid iteration.
- Champion engineering processes and best practices.
- Mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer developing large-scale distributed systems.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing reliable machine learning systems.
- Experience with recommendation systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices like unit testing and code reviews.
- Self-directed and innovative with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote environment.
