Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent architectures for complex workflows.
- Build enterprise AI harnesses and engineering platforms for experimentation, evaluation, deployment, observability, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI applications using LLMs, RAG, tool-calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Create evaluation frameworks for AI agents covering benchmarking, safety testing, hallucination detection, and performance monitoring.
- Architect scalable AI solutions using microservices, APIs, containers, distributed computing, and cloud-native technologies.
- Build inference pipelines, orchestration workflows, reusable AI services, SDKs, and components.
- Implement AI governance, risk management, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, monitoring, tracing, and Responsible AI practices.
- Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders on AI transformation, architecture standards, strategy, and roadmaps.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field plus 3+ years of industry experience, or a master's degree in a related field plus 5+ years of experience designing and deploying production AI systems.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and advanced prompting techniques.
- Hands-on experience building Agentic AI systems with planning, memory, tool usage, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, BeeAI, Semantic Kernel, or LangChain.
- Experience developing AI harnesses, evaluation frameworks, model benchmarking solutions, and AI observability platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing, microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development.
- Experience implementing production-grade AI governance, monitoring, security, and Responsible AI practices.
- Preferred qualifications include AI research publications or patents, vector database experience, AI observability platform experience, reinforcement learning and reasoning knowledge, enterprise platform experience, and regulated-industry experience.
- Knowledge of Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Trading, Research, and Financial Data is preferred, along with relevant AI, machine learning, cloud, or cybersecurity certifications.
