Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative and scalable solutions to partners’ day-to-day technical challenges.
- Troubleshoot partner issues and perform implementation reviews.
- Advocate for new product features and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
- Represent client feedback to Product Management and Engineering to improve product offerings.
- Provide documentation and technical guidance to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, and Product Management.
- Oversee technical execution, business operations, data analysis, testing, automation, and partnership solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Three years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience in system design or reading code, such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Familiarity with Android development is preferred.
- Familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.
