Responsibilities
- Lead discovery-to-deployment delivery of AI applications, converting prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and enterprise APIs, legacy data silos, live infrastructure, and security perimeters.
- Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic-system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify repeatable field patterns and technical friction, converting them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Mentor talent, co-build with customer teams, and influence regional and cross-functional technical strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of experience shipping production-grade AI solutions to external or internal customers.
- Experience building full-stack solutions that interface with enterprise systems.
- Experience with Python and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms.
- Preferred experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or Google ADK and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, granular tracing, Model Context Protocol, tool-calling, and OAuth-based authentication.
- A master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
