Responsibilities
- Partner with Account teams and Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility, shape adoption-focused proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering requests.
- Lead technical architecture for enterprise AI solutions integrating models, agents, and connectors with customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues at the code level, identify product bugs, and test workarounds.
- Act as the liaison to Product and Engineering teams to resolve systemic deployment blockers and communicate field-driven feature requests.
- Own implementation strategy and the technical reality of delivery alongside customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with Product or Engineering organizations.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Experience reading or debugging Java, Python, or JavaScript and working with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Fluent Thai communication skills to support client relationship management in the region.
- Preferred: experience solving novel technical problems, diagnosing bugs, orchestrating technical resources, influencing technical stakeholders or executives, and translating technical integration issues into business impact.
