Responsibilities
- Drive technical solutions for complex AI workloads and support adoption from technical evaluation through customer ramp.
- Develop customer-tailored solutions, prototypes, proofs of concept, demos, and integration patterns in partnership with sales teams.
- Provide technical consultation, advise customers, build relationships, and present practical Google Cloud solutions.
- Contribute reusable solutions and assets based on customer engagement learnings.
- Document, prioritize, and help resolve customer feature requests and issues with Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events and represent Google Cloud publicly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience architecting AI-agent solutions integrating enterprise data sources using RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search.
- Coding experience in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java for customer demos, prototypes, or workshops.
- Preferred experience developing agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google AI Agent Development Kit (ADK).
- Preferred experience with SaaS applications, iPaaS, business automation solutions, cloud infrastructure, agentic AI, and cloud networking.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders is preferred.
- Knowledge of OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration patterns, API gateways, and observability constructs such as distributed tracing, logging, and audit logging is preferred.
