Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack systems and agentic AI solutions with production-grade code.
- Embed with customer teams to understand needs, scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and guide adoption.
- Own technical delivery across deployments while balancing scope, speed, and quality.
- Convert working solutions into reusable tools, playbooks, and building blocks, and share field feedback.
- Maintain Azure platforms, virtual machines, the GitHub server, backups, and resilience processes.
- Operate GitHub Actions pipelines, Azure Container Apps, Azure Container Registry, App Services, and Function Apps.
- Configure logging and monitoring with Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel, triage alerts, and maintain application dashboards.
- Review IAM/RBAC access, enforce least privilege, produce cost reports, and track support requests through resolution.
Requirements
- Production-grade software development proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks with the ability to contribute directly in code.
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs, agentic AI, or generative-AI models.
- Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in ambiguous environments, including customer-facing technical delivery.
- Hands-on production experience operating Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Machines, App Services, and Function Apps.
- Experience with Azure Container Apps and Azure Container Registry.
- Strong DevOps and CI/CD experience, particularly with GitHub Actions pipelines.
- Experience using Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel for logging, monitoring, and security alert handling.
- Working knowledge of IAM/RBAC and cloud security best practices.
- Experience with Day 2 operations such as patching, backups, incident handling, and ticket handling.
- Clear communication with engineering, product, and customer stakeholders and sound judgment under pressure.
- Singapore citizenship, eligibility to obtain and maintain Singapore Government security clearance, and willingness to undergo MINDEF vetting.
- Willingness to work on-site at client premises, including secured MINDEF facilities.
- Preferred qualifications include agentic AI and SRE-agent experience, secured or classified government-environment experience, relevant Azure certifications, and Azure container-platform deployment experience.
