Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales engagements by preparing technical materials, proposing deal parameters, and developing audience strategies aligned to client objectives.
- Maintain pitch assets including technical one-pagers, demo environments, objection-handling documentation, and ROI calculators.
- Configure audience strategies, market selections, measurement approaches, and pricing structures for opportunities.
- Participate in pitch meetings and RFP responses, owning assigned technical sections.
- Conduct technical enablement sessions, workshops, deal clinics, and coaching for sellers.
- Coordinate handoffs among sales, operations, and client services and maintain internal playbooks and troubleshooting resources.
- Document technical feedback for product roadmap planning and participate in sprint reviews, beta testing, and partner integration testing.
- Own workstreams such as demo environment management, measurement vendor onboarding, or DSP integration support.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical account management, or advanced ad operations within programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with bid mechanics, PMP/PG/preferred deals, header bidding, and SSP-DSP integration patterns.
- Working knowledge of major DSPs such as Amazon, The Trade Desk, DV360, Viant, and Basis from a technical integration or partner-support perspective.
- Hands-on experience with ad-serving platforms such as Triton, GAM, or FreeWheel, including deal setup, inventory packaging, and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with identity graphs, data onboarding, clean rooms, and audience-segment workflows.
- Exposure to pixel-based, exposure-file, foot-traffic, or brand-lift measurement and attribution methodologies, including at least one measurement vendor.
- Ability to independently manage defined workstreams, escalate complex issues, communicate technical information, solve recurring problems, and collaborate effectively.
