Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Ensure features meet acceptance criteria and client quality expectations.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex features.
- Identify gaps in test coverage and drive improvements proactively.
- Debug complex issues across application, database, and integration layers.
- Provide feedback on product performance and user experience.
- Serve as a quality mentor for Engineers on your squad and across the organization.
- Contribute to the review of product documentation and release notes.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate test planning and documentation.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience, preferably in financial technology.
- Strong web service and API testing experience.
- Experience with manual and automated testing in a QA team.
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server or similar databases.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Zephyr, Bitbucket, GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude.
- Genuine ownership mentality and a desire to positively impact the company.
