Responsibilities
- Manage endpoint devices, identity systems, Okta, Google Cloud infrastructure, and Google Workspace.
- Design and build internal tools to improve system functionality and efficiency.
- Develop automation for device, account, and identity lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve escalations for engineering teams.
- Review code, write documentation, and follow established engineering practices.
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of experience as a Systems, Site Reliability, Infrastructure, or related engineer.
- Hands-on experience managing macOS or Windows devices with modern endpoint management tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Gemini.
- Coding or scripting experience with languages such as Python, Swift, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Ability to work methodically and independently or collaboratively while improving employee-facing systems.
