Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy backend generative AI solutions for automated, intelligent workflows.
- Convert ambiguous and complex R&D problems into robust, scalable, secure, production-ready software.
- Shape the machine learning architecture and maintain ownership of production-grade code.
- Build infrastructure and workflows for agentic performance and evaluation.
- Evaluate, rewrite, and adapt models into production-grade backend solutions.
- Champion technical excellence, drive clarity across teams, and elevate technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong background building highly scalable backend engineering solutions in cloud environments.
- Ability to independently navigate ambiguity and translate complex challenges into clear, working technical solutions.
- Curiosity and fluency with AI tools, using them to accelerate research and development without compromising code quality.
- Deep ownership of production code and accountability for everything moved into deployment.
- Excellent communication skills for alignment with product managers, project managers, and R&D leaders.
- Familiarity with Python, Kubernetes, generative AI, machine learning concepts, or frontend interfaces is welcomed.
