Responsibilities
- Build and nurture working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.
- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
- Perform SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for NLP tasks including text summarization, translation, and question answering.
- Work with open-source and enterprise LLMs, including OpenAI.
- Implement RAG and AI-agent solutions.
- Handle SAP transport management and system refresh activities.
- Work with high data volumes and explain complex matters clearly.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- At least 2 years of Python programming experience for AI/ML applications.
- Experience working with large language models and NLP pipelines.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation and AI agents.
- Experience with both open-source and enterprise-grade LLMs.
- BTech or BE degree.
- Strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
