Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Joybuy backend systems for high performance, availability, concurrency, security, and scalability.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project implementation.
- Develop strategies for monitorability, maintainability, grey releases, and rollback capabilities.
- Research, adopt, and promote new technologies and methodologies.
- Identify integration opportunities between emerging technologies and global system architectures.
- Independently identify and resolve complex technical challenges while contributing to technical growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience with Java programming and Spring Boot.
- Strong coding proficiency and commitment to clean, elegant code.
- Interest in open-source projects and continuous improvement.
- Proactive, fast-learning, collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Preferred experience in large-scale e-commerce companies, supply chain, fulfillment or logistics systems, and UK or European business.
