Responsibilities
- Define interfaces, develop software, and influence architectural changes.
- Optimize, refactor, and reuse code for efficiency, performance, and scalability.
- Analyze complex customer requirements and solve high-level technical problems.
- Improve code quality through reviews and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues proactively.
- Implement secure programming patterns and enhance application security.
- Estimate software project needs and dependencies.
- Mentor and coach software engineers while seeking mentorship proactively.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience creating applications and features with .NET.
- Experience working with database objects in relational databases, particularly MS SQL.
- Experience with HTTP and REST architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD practices.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate technical and business concepts across teams.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Preferred experience with data streaming architectures and frameworks such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ESB.
- Preferred experience with React and TypeScript.
- Preferred experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, system integration or global projects, and transportation, logistics, or business systems.
