Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure solutions.
- Define application, integration, data, security, cloud, and non-functional architecture standards and governance.
- Design and govern Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
- Architect integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, integration services, and event-driven patterns.
- Drive data architecture, modeling, migration, mapping, validation, transformation, reconciliation, and legacy-system migration strategies.
- Establish application lifecycle management, DevOps, CI/CD, environment management, and release governance using Azure DevOps.
- Conduct architecture workshops, technical reviews, risk assessments, and design approvals.
- Mentor developers, consultants, and technical leads and collaborate with business, enterprise architecture, security, integration, and delivery teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong experience designing cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and integration services.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, security models, customization, extensibility, integration architecture, and application lifecycle management.
- Strong experience in data modeling, migration, transformation, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and enterprise data architecture.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performance enterprise solutions integrating Dynamics 365 with cloud, SaaS, and legacy applications.
- Experience with stakeholder management, consulting, architecture governance, technical leadership, mentoring, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Preferred experience leading large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations, modernization, digital transformation, enterprise integrations, and global data migrations.
- Preferred knowledge of architecture governance frameworks, reusable design patterns, enterprise technology standards, architecture workshops, technical strategy, solution planning, and roadmap development.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Solutions Architecture, or related technologies are preferred.
