Responsibilities

  • Set up, configure, test, and maintain infrastructure across development, staging, testing, and production environments.
  • Support Infrastructure as Code implementation using established modules, conventions, and review processes.
  • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines, prepare releases, and support deployment activities.
  • Investigate incidents by collecting logs and monitoring evidence, performing initial triage, and documenting resolutions.
  • Configure monitoring checks and alerts and participate in backup and recovery procedures.
  • Apply least-privilege access management and secure secrets-handling practices.
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment instructions, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, security specialists, and operations teams.
  • Develop technical skills through mentoring, certifications, and project participation.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Solid understanding of Linux administration and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, services, packages, and system metrics.
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles and practical exposure to GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
  • Understanding of containerization concepts and practical experience with container images and runtime environments.
  • Scripting experience using Shell and either Python or PowerShell.
  • General understanding of Infrastructure as Code and configuration-management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Understanding of SDLC processes, DevOps principles, databases, monitoring, logging, backup, storage, and security concepts.
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization, TLS, and secure secrets management.
  • Experience using AI assistants responsibly while validating outputs and maintaining data security standards.
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency and strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include Kubernetes or other orchestration-platform experience, production experience with Terraform or Ansible, centralized logging and monitoring experience, GitOps exposure, familiarity with AI/LLM services or vector databases in infrastructure scenarios, and cloud or Linux-related certifications.
