Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead Atlassian platform integration strategy for Jira and Confluence Data Center.
- Develop production integrations in Go and Python for enterprise-scale systems.
- Build intelligent chatbots using Microsoft Bot Framework for Teams and Slack.
- Implement ChatOps automation for JIRA, Git deployments, and JSM.
- Create RAG-powered knowledge base chat with company documentation.
- Integrate with Microsoft Graph API for user provisioning and data sync.
- Design and maintain Helm charts for all integration services.
- Co-administer Atlassian, Teams, and other platforms with IT team.
- Build custom business applications using Retool and internal frameworks.
- Optimize JQL queries and implement caching for 50k+ JIRA issues.
- Create unified API abstraction layer for JIRA Server/Data Center.
- Implement enterprise search across JIRA projects and Confluence spaces.
- Deploy and scale integration services using Kubernetes.
- Partner with Security on zero-trust access models and CMMC compliance.
Requirements
- Expert-level programming skills in Go, Python, and Typescript.
- Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework and building ChatOps solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Atlassian platforms and co-administration experience.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Forge Apps and Model Context Protocol (MCP) is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise search technologies like Elasticsearch is a plus.
- Knowledge of Apache Airflow or Dagster is advantageous.
