Base Salary

$124k - $182k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope project goals, define success metrics, and communicate insights.
  • Lead end-to-end machine learning and data science solutions for enterprise forensic technology engagements.
  • Design, develop, and deploy predictive models, statistical algorithms, and custom machine learning pipelines using Python.
  • Collect, integrate, and analyze data from cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Build reusable quantitative components, templates, and accelerators for scalable client delivery.
  • Present technical findings and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders, law firm partners, and other non-technical audiences.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clients and internal teams.
  • Manage people on fast-moving, high-profile engagements.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience related to electronic discovery or related services and familiarity with forensic technology software.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Fluency in Python and hands-on experience with advanced Python packages such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and statsmodels.
  • Experience with APIs and independently collecting, integrating, and analyzing data from AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience navigating Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Hands-on experience developing, tuning, and validating machine learning models, including hyperparameter optimization, feature selection, cross-validation, error analysis, bias-variance tradeoff management, interpretability, robustness, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing consulting experience.
  • Experience managing people on high-profile engagements.
  • Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in a quantitative field, familiarity with EnCase, Axiom, Cellebrite, NUIX, Relativity, and Reveal, fluency in R, and expertise in machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
