Base Salary
$148k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver full-stack features that power AI-agent security and trust experiences.
- Own services and user experiences from development through production, including operating what you build.
- Design and ship frontend and backend solutions that integrate AI capabilities into HR and Finance workflows.
- Contribute to agent safety scanning, attestation, observability, identity, and agent-management experiences.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers, product managers, security partners, and platform teams.
- Mentor teammates, share knowledge, and help raise the technical bar across the engineering pod.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent educational background.
- Requires 3+ years writing performant backend services using Java/Spring Boot, Go, Python, or another modern object-oriented language.
- Requires 3+ years of React and TypeScript experience for frontend or full-stack development.
- Requires at least 1 year of experience working with agentic applications in production.
- Requires experience designing full-stack applications end to end.
- Requires experience with identity federation and standards such as OAuth2, OIDC, or Decentralized Identifiers.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Claude Code or Cursor, cloud product development, cryptographic libraries, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, automated testing, observability, and cross-functional collaboration.
