Responsibilities
- Design and implement Power Platform applications and solutions for client requirements.
- Design and develop Power Automate flows.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Estimate and manage timing, workforce, and demand-supply processes.
- Address task backlogs and perform unit testing for continuous improvement.
- Create, analyze, and visualize data with Power BI.
- Implement secure applications and data solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to technical and non-technical clients.
- Share Power Platform best practices with global Avanade team members and attend partner knowledge-sharing events.
Requirements
- Previous solid experience designing and implementing Power Platform solutions.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Experience with Power Automate flows, Power BI, Dataverse, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Knowledge of agile development practices.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to secure applications and data using robust security techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing technical consulting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, adapt to new technologies, and work under pressure.
