Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design engagement strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and expert Solutions Architect to drive product adoption.
- Enable clients through workshops and develop customer-facing collateral.
- Influence product roadmap with data-driven insights from the field.
- Act as a tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- 10+ years of transactional database expertise across engineering and pre-sales.
- Experience architecting solutions that integrate transactional data systems.
- Proficient in SQL and Python for programming and problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience building solutions in public cloud environments.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
