Responsibilities
- Own a critical technology domain.
- Serve as the top technical authority for product architecture and complex escalations.
- Identify and close critical product gaps by developing tools and Proofs-of-Concept.
- Engage with customers to understand their challenges and architect tailored solutions.
- Continuously innovate by building new automations and analytical engines.
- Formalize product knowledge for internal and external reference.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge in a specific domain such as Cloud IAM, Kubernetes, or Network Security.
- Hands-on Kubernetes administration experience.
- Robust knowledge of Operating Systems, Virtual Machines, and Containers.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, focusing on Cloud Identity and Access.
- Extensive experience in Cloud Security.
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Java.
- Track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills for deployment and training.
- Experience in SaaS environments.
