Responsibilities
- Own a critical product technology domain and serve as the top technical authority for product architecture, complex escalations, and field challenges.
- Architect and code integrations between Wiz products and customers’ complex enterprise infrastructure.
- Develop tools, automations, analytical engines, and proofs-of-concept to address customer needs and product limitations.
- Lead discovery sessions, architectural reviews, technical escalations, and bespoke solution design with strategic enterprise customers.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems, including accuracy, safety, and latency evaluation.
- Convert recurring field patterns into reusable modules, architecture blueprints, and product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams, formalize product knowledge, and implement product improvements through hands-on technical work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Experience taking production solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms.
- Deep expertise in a complex domain such as Cloud IAM, Kubernetes and Containers, Network Security, SAST, or scan engine architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly cloud identity, access, certificates, and keys.
- Extensive B2B or enterprise customer-facing technical experience with complex discovery sessions, architectural reviews, and technical escalations.
- Preferred experience building a solution architecture team or leading large-scale technical initiatives.
- Preferred background as a Product Manager or Software Engineer in SaaS environments, CSPM tools, Infrastructure as Code, and network security.
- Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks and extensive cloud security experience.
