Responsibilities

Design and implement major development projects for the Onboarding and Lifecycle Management platform.
Build, enhance, and maintain scalable infrastructure and product services for identity importing, synchronization, provisioning, and access policies.
Troubleshoot customer issues and debug production behavior using logs.
Implement features with functional and unit tests, monitoring, and alerts.
Conduct design and code reviews, analysis, performance tuning, and scale-validation prototyping.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Collaborate with architects, QA, product owners, engineering services, Tech Ops, and Site Reliability Engineering teams on development and deployment work.

8+ years of software development experience, including Java and preferably significant experience with SCIM and Spring Boot.
5+ years of experience building services, internal tools, and frameworks.
2+ years of experience automating and deploying large-scale production services in AWS, GCP, or similar cloud infrastructure.
Deep understanding of caching, stream processing, and resilient architectures.
Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP APIs.
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and people from varied backgrounds.
Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers.
Preferred qualifications include server-side caching, asynchronous processing, multithreading, TDD, UI development or JavaScript frameworks, and identity and access management protocols including OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and SCIM.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
