Responsibilities
- Support agile team planning and delivery for order-to-cash and order management solutions.
- Detail user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira for order handling, invoicing, and fulfillment requirements.
- Execute functional, regression, and exploratory test cases and document results.
- Analyze and record defects in Jira with information needed for investigation and resolution.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and senior analysts to clarify functional requirements.
- Review documentation, monitor test execution progress, and provide status updates on risks and sprint commitments.
- Participate in standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and other agile ceremonies.
- Support Jira board and dashboard configuration and contribute to improvements in test coverage, data preparation, and workflows.
- Create test execution notes and knowledge artifacts and pursue self-learning in testing, agile methods, and order-to-cash concepts.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience.
- Understanding of agile and Scrum delivery concepts, including iteration planning and incremental delivery.
- Basic knowledge of functional, regression, and exploratory testing methodologies.
- Ability to use Jira to manage user stories, tasks, and defects.
- Understanding of order-to-cash and order management concepts, including order entry, pricing, fulfillment, and invoicing.
- Clear written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification.
- Basic software testing certification such as ISTQB Foundation Level.
