Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, preprocess, augment, and generate synthetic data for multimodal model training and evaluation.
- Develop, optimize, fine-tune, and evaluate generative AI and large language models.
- Build and maintain AI pipelines and backend services using Python or .NET.
- Use custom datasets, chunking, and embeddings to train and fine-tune AI models.
- Integrate OpenAI-powered solutions, Azure Cognitive Services, and equivalent platform services with existing applications.
- Deploy, manage, and scale AI applications and models in production cloud environments.
- Ensure AI systems are robust, efficient, and scalable while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience.
- Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and computer science.
- Expertise in generative AI models and techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.
- Programming experience with Python and AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Knowledge of NLP, text generation, text parsing, sentiment analysis, and GPT models.
- Experience with data preprocessing, labeling, augmentation, and synthetic data generation.
- Experience developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with computer vision is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and propose innovative solutions.
