Base Salary
$190k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality across its full lifecycle.
- Solve complex technical challenges involving rendering, content management systems, reliability, and scale.
- Improve user experience through performance profiling and last-mile product refinements.
- Build scalable solutions and enhance application speed for a growing user base.
- Contribute to product direction and engineering approaches across the stack.
- Engage directly with customers and use their insights to shape product development.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software development experience.
- Strong frontend experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, or strong backend experience in systems design, API architecture, and database optimization.
- Strong product intuition and care for user-facing software.
- Adaptability and willingness to work across the stack.
- Ability to define solutions, take ownership, and operate with limited specification.
- Willingness to speak directly with customers.
