Base Salary
$159k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Fulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from UX designers and researchers.
- Collaborate with other engineers on final implementation and polish.
- Meet high accessibility standards.
- Serve as a mentor for early-career UX engineers and peers.
- Create high-fidelity, production-ready prototypes for AI-native learning experiences.
- Spin up separate testing environments, manipulate live APIs, and validate streaming UI, conversational AI Learning Companions, and dynamic feedback loops.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
- Experience in application development in one platform or area, such as web, iOS, Android, CompDes, or XR.
- Preferred: 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.
- Preferred: 6 years of experience as a front-end developer, UX Engineer, creative or design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.
