Base Salary
$153k - $269k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, visually appealing, usable, and accessible web applications using React.
- Build and launch new capabilities and products for internal and external customers.
- Maintain high engineering standards through production-quality code, testing, documentation, and observability.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, stakeholders, and architectural groups.
- Mentor engineers earlier in their technical careers.
- Drive features or components independently through the development lifecycle and participate in technical discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on web application development experience.
- Strong experience with React, Redux, and design systems.
- Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Ability to work independently in an agile development environment with strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: strong product focus and acumen, IoT stack experience, and a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering.
