Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, enhance, and modernize legacy enterprise applications.
- Use programming and scripting languages to resolve operational issues and upgrade systems to meet security requirements.
- Design, debug, create, and test application modules and components against design specifications.
- Develop and test interfaces between software products and third-party vendor products.
- Lead design and code reviews and address review findings within a cross-functional team.
- Advise clients on improving and modernizing existing systems.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software development experience building systems and applications in an Agile environment.
- At least 3 years of experience with legacy enterprise systems and microservices or distributed application environments.
- Experience with workflows, web parts, site maintenance, APIs, cloud platforms, application design, and debugging.
- Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
- Knowledge of source control systems such as Git.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred experience includes Java, Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, NodeJS, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, shell scripting, and automation.
- Preferred knowledge includes DevOps, continuous integration and continuous deployment, relational and hierarchical data structures, and functional programming.
- A master’s degree in IT or Software Development is preferred.
