Responsibilities

Design and guide robust, maintainable solutions across SaaS, cloud-native applications, APIs and event-driven or streaming architectures.
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to align solutions with business goals and technology strategy.
Assess architectural trade-offs to deliver adaptive, secure and value-driven outcomes.
Work within and help evolve architecture governance frameworks.
Share architectural patterns, mentor colleagues and contribute to the Architecture Chapter’s capability.
Build trust with stakeholders and influence decisions across multiple organizational levels.

Strong integration experience, especially with SaaS platforms.
Experience designing integrations using APIs and event-driven or streaming patterns such as Kafka.
Ability to navigate unfamiliar business domains and emerging technology.
Ability to work across software engineering, cybersecurity and operations disciplines.
Holistic understanding of architecture’s impact on systems and business outcomes.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to build stakeholder trust and influence at multiple levels.
Strategic mindset grounded in an understanding of enterprise goals.
Preferred: experience designing secure, resilient and cost-conscious cloud-native solutions on AWS and/or Azure, including containerized workloads.
Preferred: experience with secure-by-design solutions and identity and access patterns such as Azure AD and Okta.
Preferred: familiarity with MACH principles and aviation industry SaaS products and integration patterns.
