Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies, plans, methodologies, processes, test cases, execution plans, defect reports, and quality evaluation reports.
- Design automation test frameworks and solutions for web and mobile applications, including visual testing.
- Perform manual, integration, API, UI, database, SQL, AI, data, and performance testing.
- Automate UI and API tests using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, REST Assured, Karate, and Katalon.
- Use AI tools to generate automation scripts and test cases where appropriate.
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Lead testing activities and contribute to testing strategy discussions while managing work independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer information technology or computer engineering.
- At least 7 years of relevant testing work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position with a proven record of leading a team.
- Strong experience in test strategy, test planning, testing methodologies, Agile working models, test case design, execution, defect reporting, and quality evaluation.
- Strong manual, integration, API, SQL, and database testing experience.
- Experience designing automation frameworks for web and mobile applications and performing visual testing.
- JavaScript experience is mandatory; Python is preferred.
- Good English verbal communication, problem-solving, research, scheduling, self-management, and teamwork skills.
- AI testing, data testing, performance testing, CI/CD integration, and GenAI-assisted test generation experience are preferred.
