Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement front-end and back-end changes with emphasis on stability, resilience, robustness, and quality.
- Provide domain expertise for systems development, integrations, and architecture.
- Configure and customize the Debt Manager application, including workflows, user entitlements, fields, settings, and user interfaces.
- Design, test, and deploy ETL and data transformation workflows across multiple data sources.
- Develop and maintain SQL statements, stored procedures, dynamic queries, functions, scripts, and database optimization solutions.
- Implement data quality checks, cleansing, and validation for ETL processes.
- Apply version control, source code management, Agile collaboration, and DevOps practices.
- Contribute through peer reviews, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience.
- Experience configuring and customizing Debt Manager applications for retail customers and aligning configurations with business requirements.
- Proficiency with Pentaho Data Integration and ETL development.
- Experience with SQL Server, database administration, complex stored procedures, dynamic SQL, functions, scripts, data analysis, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with data quality, cleansing, and validation.
- Strong adoption of version control and source code management, with competence in Agile methodologies.
- Preferred experience with release management, collections and recoveries processes, batch processing architectures, batch scheduling tools, COBOL, and mainframe systems.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies, application troubleshooting, integrations, and architecture.
