Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic AI logic, including LLM-as-judge and rubric-driven prompting patterns.
- Build and orchestrate multi-step agents, tool integrations, and evaluation harnesses for complex automated workflows.
- Develop full-stack backend services, APIs, executive-facing dashboards, and reporting flows.
- Own data pipelines that support applications and partner on data contracts and privacy-safe data handling.
- Document design decisions, prompt and rubric changes, and evaluation results for auditability.
- Collaborate with governance, compliance, security, data engineering, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Staff-level experience spanning applied AI or agentic engineering and full-stack software development.
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production web applications end to end.
- Hands-on backend and API development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience designing agent architectures, prompts, evaluations, LLM-as-judge patterns, and production systems that consume LLM outputs as decision signals.
- Experience building enterprise-grade AI platforms and independently delivering features from data contracts through executive-facing user interfaces.
- Ability to work on ambiguous, high-judgment classification problems and collaborate with governance, compliance, and security teams on auditable, privacy-sensitive systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms, AI orchestration frameworks, data stores, data pipelines, and analytical or relational systems is preferred.
