Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered tools for bid analysis, budget pacing alerts, creative scoring, and anomaly detection across paid marketing channels.
- Develop AI workflows for ad copy, creative briefs, image variations, and analytics-to-creative feedback loops.
- Implement AI personalization and send-time optimization across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
- Build agentic workflows that use Snowflake data to generate segments and trigger Braze campaigns.
- Automate landing-page variant generation, headline ideation, testing, and audience or traffic-source personalization.
- Create internal dashboards, Slack bots, and report generators to reduce repetitive growth analysis.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on AI-powered recommendations, dynamic content, and smart nudges.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain the AI and ML tooling, workflow orchestration, and data pipelines used by Growth.
- Build reusable skills or plugins for LLM clients and educate and mentor teammates on AI-native workflows.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of engineering or technical experience, including meaningful hands-on application of AI or LLMs to real business problems; side projects count.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and comfort working with APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
- A builder mentality focused on shipping working prototypes and production-grade tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience with Agent SDK, n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom TypeScript/Python workflow pipelines.
- Preferred: experience at a DTC subscription company or growth-stage startup.
- Preferred: familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or fine-tuning.
- Preferred: experience building internal tools for non-technical teams.
- Preferred: familiarity with Braze, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Snowflake, or equivalent marketing and data infrastructure.
- Preferred: strong understanding of growth marketing and its operational needs.
