Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end solutions across the logistics order-to-cash lifecycle.
  • Define API-first architecture, event-driven systems, and integration patterns across enterprise and external platforms.
  • Design integrations spanning ERP, portals, Salesforce, TMS, route planning, inventory, monitoring, and driver/vehicle systems.
  • Support cloud migration and cloud-first architecture decisions focused on scalability, security, resilience, and enterprise alignment.
  • Partner with engineering and delivery teams, guide implementation trade-offs, and support investment and prioritization decisions.
  • Create architecture artifacts and documentation connected to AI, code, and delivery pipelines.
  • Use AI tools and agents to support architecture design, analysis, dependency modelling, and solution evaluation.
  • Contribute to reusable architecture patterns and enterprise standards while challenging unsuitable standards when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Experience in solution architecture within complex, regulated environments.
  • Experience with logistics, transportation, or supply chain ecosystems is helpful.
  • Strong experience with API-first and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience integrating multiple enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • Experience creating architecture artifacts using structured modelling approaches such as C4.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and work effectively in ambiguity.
