Responsibilities
- Build and maintain chatbots using the Blip Platform.
- Communicate with customers to understand business rules and provide technical insights and impact analyses.
- Collaborate with conversational designers and the product team on chatbot solution decisions.
- Apply development best practices, design patterns, SOLID principles, code review, and version control practices.
Requirements
- Experience and proficiency in programming logic.
- At least 1–2 years of experience with .NET C# and JavaScript development practices.
- At least 1–2 years of experience with REST APIs.
- Experience working directly with customers to understand business requirements.
- Experience with design patterns, development best practices, SOLID principles, code review, and Gitflow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with the Blip Platform or other low-code chatbot solutions, React, Node.js, or Azure DevOps is a plus.
