Responsibilities

  • Discover customers’ AI strategies and business-critical challenges and translate requirements into Celonis solutions.
  • Build and code solutions and prototypes for customer hackathons using the Celonis platform and AI technologies.
  • Support agentic process transformation and help customers achieve measurable ROI from AI deployments.
  • Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects and align solutions with customers’ AI strategies.
  • Present and quantify business value for senior executives and support adoption and value realization.
  • Develop domain or industry expertise and create reusable best practices, collateral, and tools for the Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
  • Manage customer accounts and remain involved until agreed project value and adoption thresholds are reached.

Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
  • Excellent academic performance.
  • Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally combining business and technology.
  • Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt or context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, and fine-tuning.
  • Good knowledge of Python, common machine learning libraries, and data engineering tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, organizational, communication, presentation, customer-centric, and business-acumen skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Preferred qualifications include combined technical and business education, customer-facing or sales experience, technical proof-of-concept work, agentic system development, LLM orchestration, supply chain experience, ROI/TCO modeling, and SAP or Oracle experience.
